Kevin Doherty is a Board Certified Acupuncturist, Author of Build Your Dream Practice, How to Thrive In the  Modern World, The Purpose Principle, and the co-creator of The Practice Evolution Success Kit.  As a practice building coach, Kevin has helped many practitioners with all facets of practice  development.  His coaching style is truly comprehensive, as it focuses on the practitoner's inner personal development and outer practice success.

Kevin has personally built two highly successful acupuncture practices in Albany, NY and Superior, CO.  In 2002, Kevin took Lonny Jarrett's 2 year clinical integration program which has been a primary influence in both his practice and coaching approach.  Kevin is passionate about helping other practitioners succeed after realizing in frustration that there were very few helpful practice building resources avaiable as he was growing his practices.  In 2004, Kevin started offering practice building workshops in response to so many of his colleagues asking him how he had generated a high volume practice.  This led to him creating Dream Practice Coaching in 2005, which has grown into a worldwide coaching organization for holistic health practitioners. 

In order to offer the most effective, unique, and targeted coaching to holistic health practitioners, Kevin has personally studied with some of the brightest marketing minds in North America, including:

• Graham White--former head coach of Peak Potentials training, the largest coaching organization in the world founded by Harv Eker. Graham is a true master at internet and website marketing and the greatest influence in helping Kevin develop these skills for his coaching clients.

• James Roche--The info product guy, an exceptionally gifted and highly sought after coach whose niche is helping people create information products to build more successful businesses (James was instrumental in helping me create my new book The Purpose Principle).

• Kelly Robbins-- Founder of A Marketing Connection, Kevin and Kelly teamed together to create the Practice Evolution Kit.

 

Dominic Sembello, L.Ac.,

Dominic’s goal and vision is to create a nurturing and safe place where practitioners of all holistic health fields and professions can be inspired and motivated, but also be given the real life tools and systems needed that will allow you to reach your potential professionally, personally, and financially.

Dominic is a board certified acupuncturist and author of  Automatic Practice Success.  He has been practicing acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine since 2001.

He has always believed that the human body has an amazing potential to help itself and if given the right opportunity it can. Having this mindset, he believes that taking a more holistic and natural approach to health is the best thing you can do.  He also have a passion for business but was not interested in just making money, he really wanted to have a career where he could help people and also achieve financial success.  So after graduating from West Chester University in 1997 with a Bachelor’s Degree in the Health Sciences and Sports Medicine field, he went to acupuncture school.  In 2001 he graduated from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California. 

While in acupuncture school he had no doubt that acupuncture and Chinese medicine worked, after all it has been around for thousands of years, but he was also very interested in the practice management and business aspect of the profession.  He knew that one of the biggest challenges ahead was going to be showing people how his services were going to help them.  He also realized that in order to have a successful practice you would have to be very organized and methodical about building your practice.  Despite having this knowledge, he struggled when he got out of school.  It was not that he didn’t understand what needed to be done, but he didn’t have the ‘How To’. When he started networking with more experienced acupuncturists most of which had been in practice for three years or more, he realized that they were still struggling to grow their practice.

To make a long story short, over the years Dominic has studied, and attended seminars on business, marketing, advertising, and practice building.  He studied all types of professions and businesses to find out what they all had in common.  He also worked in a very successful and high volume clinic where he was able to contribute his knowledge to help the practice become more successful. 

Which brings us to the present; there is no reason why you should not have the successful practice of your dreams.  It is such a great time to be in the alternative and holistic health care profession. The wonderful skills and knowledge that you possess can truly help people improve their lives!
